By downloading or using Tintloom you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The app
Tintloom is a color-contrast utility. It scores pairs against WCAG 2.x thresholds, simulates common color-vision differences, and stores your work on the device. It is provided as-is, without a warranty that a pair will pass a formal accessibility audit.
2. Your work
Color pairs you create belong to you. We do not claim them. Because they stay on your phone, you are responsible for backing them up if you need them after deleting the app.
3. Acceptable use
Use Tintloom for lawful design and accessibility work. Do not reverse-engineer the app to harm others, and do not use sampled photos in a way that violates someone else’s rights.
4. Liability
Tintloom is a helper, not a certification. We are not liable for designs that fail a review, for missed WCAG criteria outside contrast, or for device issues. To the extent the law allows, the app is provided without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
5. Apple
If you downloaded Tintloom from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies: Standard EULA.
